New Mexico Touring Society
The New Mexico Touring Society is a League of American Bicyclists affiliated bicycle club consisting of cyclists of all ages and abilities, both road and mountain biking. The NMTS schedules member led daily and multiple day trips of varying distances and difficulties.The NMTS encourages local bicycle advocacy to further bicycling opportunites and safety.

The mission of BikeABQ is to increase the number of bicyclists in Albuquerque for transportation, health, and recreation. We provide education, advocate for the rights of cyclists, and work to create and preserve safe biking environments. The current advocacy work of BikeABQ falls into three general categories: education, encouragement, and engineering/enforcement.
